Traditional Roman sauce named after Pope Pius XII, a passionate gourmet used to have this preparation delivered from a Roman restaurant also after his election to pope. A creamy and cheesy white sauce with fresh green peas, ham and delicate mushrooms. Frozen. Warm up in a pan and sautee' in it your favourite pasta. Fettuccine or ravioli would be the Italian choice.
